Chris Ortiz is a State Certified Residential Appraiser with 21 years of appraisal experience. The Alameda Property Group - Appraisal Division was opened on November 1, of 2001; prior to opening the Appraisal Division Chris worked 15 years in Albuquerque where he completed his apprenticeship and ultimately co-founded ABQ Appraisal Associates, one of New Mexico’s largest appraisal service companies. In total it’s estimated that Chris has completed over 11,000 appraisals in Las Cruces, Albuquerque, and a few points in between.
Mr. Ortiz is active in development as a member of the Rancho Lomas LLC. The “Rancho Lomas Community” is APG’s premiere lot and luxury home development. He has also been a member of the Alameda Property Group, LLC since September 7, 2001 when the company was founded.
Chris is a graduate of the Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce’s “Leadership Las Cruces” program, a member of the Las Cruces Association of Realtor’s Multiple Listing and Information Service, Inc. and is President of the Rancho Lomas Owners Association. He is also active in coaching youth T-Ball and Soccer.
